Service Description. This Site describes Garage Cleanout, Junk Removal, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Construction Debris Removal provided by Hilltop Hauling. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://hilltophaulingdaphne.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hilltop Hauling or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

No Warranties. Hilltop Hauling disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Law and Venue. AL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AL.
Term Changes. Hilltop Hauling may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
